Paul Dwyer: A rehab Patient Tells his Story

“I can do things I haven’t done in 15 years!”

Listen to a patient’s firsthand account of knee replacement surgery and rehab at Tomah.

Paul credits his regained mobility to the expert care he received right in his own community from the Rehabilitation Specialists at Tomah Memorial Hospital. After delivering milk in Tomah for nearly 26 years, Paul’s knees had become so painful it was difficult to walk. Paul came to Tomah for double knee replacement surgery followed by rehab from our Physical Therapist Jessica Vecchioni. Tomah’s team of experienced therapists used the latest technologies to evaluate Paul's unique needs and then created a personalized recovery program. When you're a patient at Tomah, you can expect the same customized care.
